Shipping policy 

We offer both Standard Shipping methods(8-16 days) and DHL Express Shipping(5-12 days).

In Standard Shipping,we will select the best logistics carrier for you based on your location. We charge a flat delivery fee of $25 for all orders under $200. For orders over $200 we charge no shipping fee.

In DHL Express Shipping, we will charge a flat rate of $35 in advance for postage, and if the actual shipping cost is less than $35 we will refund the excess cost for the original payment path, and we will make up for any amount over $35 for you. Most of the time it will not exceed $30.

Of course you can specify your preferred delivery method, you can pay according to the DHL method, and add your preferred international delivery method in the order notes, we will try to meet your needs. We will do our best to meet your needs, but this may incur additional costs, for which we will send you an e-mail, and we will not ship your order until you have paid the extra full cost.

All shipping times are estimates and may fluctuate in the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, Hanrong reserves the right of final interpretation of shipping methods and times.

Delivery to remote areas

For some remote areas the delivery cost may be more than expected, so we will levy an additional delivery charge.
The definition of remote areas is subject to the judgment of all international logistics providers serving us. After your order is accepted by us, we will submit the shipment and logistics information to the international logistics provider, and if they determine that your area is a remote area, then we will notify you by email to make up the additional delivery charges. Or you can cancel your order and we will refund 100% of the full amount.
We will not ship your order until you have paid the additional delivery charge for the remote area.

Cancelation

If order is canceled due to unavailability, you will be 100% refunded. If customers requested a cancellation after the order was placed, 4.8% credit cancellation fee(*Fees that we have to pay to the credit card companies of all orders. ) will be charged.You can cancel your order by contacting us via customer service, email or Whatsapp.

Sale items cannot be refunded.
