Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
21 Days Exchange Policy - We Only Accept Exchanges(All shipping cost(s) and handling fees are non-refundable)
We are sorry to hear the product(s) didn’t fit. We are happy to exchange for you. Please ship it back to our return address in the US for a refund, and place a new order as an exchange.

Please send the item back with the original purchase receipt for exchange, and make sure that the tag is attached with the receipt. A missing receipt might delay the process of refund, exchange without tags will not be accepted.
Once the product is received, the cost of the product will be refunded to the original form of payment within 5 to 10 business days. All shipping cost(s) and handling fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange items, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
